Offers classes, tutoring, and training to help individuals improve their English language skills. Adult Literacy Programs More information: - Provides classes in beginning literacy, conversation, writing, civics, and pronunciation - Includes instruction in listening, speaking, reading, and writing - Holds literacy and tutor training workshops throughout the County - On-site workplace English classes available by request - Maintains a resource library and reading center
